We truly thought Papaya had found her forever family. 

 Unfortunately, circumstances changed and they decided they were no longer able to move forward with her adoption. So this beautiful girl is once again
waiting for someone to choose her.

And we know her family is out there. 

Papaya is just 1 year old and has her whole life ahead of her. After being rescued from a shelter, she was given the second chance she deserved — now we want to give her the happy ending we know is waiting for her.

At 37 pounds, Papaya is the perfect little sidekick. She’s past the tiny puppy stage but still young, playful and ready to learn. She’s crate trained, working on her housetraining and gets along with other dogs. Cats are still an unknown.

Papaya is looking for someone who will give her the love, patience and stability she deserves — along with walks, adventures, cozy beds, belly rubs and probably far too many treats. 

She thought she had found her people once. This time, we want it to be forever.
