Meet Chapo, a tiny little gentleman with a heart full of love.

Chapo is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing just 8 lbs pounds, and this sweet boy is ready to find his happily ever after. He can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he becomes a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys attention and being close to his people.

Chapo gets along well with dogs and cats and has a low to medium energy level, making him a wonderful fit for a calm and loving home. He’s great in the car, treat motivated, and eager to continue learning as he works on his crate, house and leash training.

Chapo is currently on slow-kill treatment for heartworm, and all treatment will be covered by the rescue until he tests negative. He has no physical limitations and is otherwise a happy, healthy little guy.
